Golf Course Opening - 13th May

We're pleased to be able to announce that the golf course will open to members on Wednesday 13th May in line with guidance from England Golf. It is absolutely essential that all members comply with the rules and guidance that we have set out below so that we can maintain a safe environment for staff and fellow members.

• Open to members only
• Tee times MUST be booked in advance online
• Individuals can play golf on their own or as two-balls comprising of individuals from the same or different households
• There MUST NOT be any meet-ups / roll-ups
• There are currently no competitions being scheduled. We will advise in due course when we expect to start competitive golf

Booking tee times

• Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance
• Bookings can be made for up to 2 people
• Tee times are available in 15 minutes intervals

Whilst at the golf club

Please comply with all the social distancing and safety measures that we have implemented.

• Aim to arrive shortly before the tee time you have booked
• Social distancing rules must be adhered to at all times
• Putt with the flag in and avoid touching the flag pole
• You should aim to complete the front 9 in 1hour 45 minutes
• Do not stay at the golf course after your round

Please also be aware that a number of changes have been implemented at the club

• The clubhouse is locked
• There is no access to the changing room or the toilets
• Common points of contact such as benches and bunker rakes have been removed from the course
• There will be no hire of trolleys (pull or electric)
• Buggy hire will only be permitted if it is absolutely necessary

We will be reviewing these arrangements on a regular basis and it may well be necessary to make changes, based either on our own experience or further guidance from the government or England Golf. Where any changes are made, these will be communicated to members via email - please make sure you have provided an up to date email address.
